Does anyone want to go through the labyrinth of touchtone choices, only to be left on hold, disconnected, or worse, left with an unresolved billing inquiry. When a patient calls they speak directly with an account representative. Questions are answered courteously, and all efforts are made to expedite a settlement.
Rapid Electronic Claims Processing Claims are received and processed electronically on a daily basis to major carriers Medicare, Maine Care, Anthem BCIBS and commercial carriers to ensure a quick turnaround time.
Claim & Patient Statement Follow-ups We aggressively follow-up on all denials, changes in insurance policies, patient change of address etc. In addition to your individual account executive that deals with carriers and patients, MBN has follow-up specialists that assist in calling patients to deal with outstanding balances. We know that we do not get paid unless you do.
Software Our software is state of the art, with customized reports to meet your needs.
Monthly Detailed Statements Statements are mailed to patients electronically once a month. Follow-up calls are made for 90 days at which time patients are either transferred to collection or written off depending on what the provider agrees upon.
